  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Architect. The project architect will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the design, development, and execution of our projects, ensuring that they are completed on-time, on budget, and to the highest possible quality. The project architect will work closely with the CEO, COO, and other members of the team to ensure that all projects meet our high standards.

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing projects
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
  • Expertise in project management tools and software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and Microsoft Project
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on the needs of the business

  • Provide internal advisory services and legal support to the business units and departments.

  • Provide proactive guidance to members of the legal department in the organization and oversee their daily operations.
  • Participate in the identification of legal risk areas within the organization and proffer tactics/strategies for preventing and mitigating against them.
  • Render periodic reports on legal operations to the – (1) Chief Operating Officer; and (2) Executive Management.
